Inspection Screen

The machine comes equipped with three high-precision industrial cameras.

Camera 1 is Horizontal camera, inspecting the thickness.

Camera 2 is Vertical top view camera, to inspect inner diameter, outer diameter, and other parameters of each product.

Camera 3 is Vertical top view camera used for inspecting for any appearance defects such as burrs and missing material and other requirements according to customers.

1. Highly-transparent glass plate.
2. Fit for grease-free parts which can be securely placed on the glass plate.
3. Wide detection range of fasteners, mobile phone parts, rubber products, electronic components, special-shaped hardware, screw etc.
4. Detection camera: can add 2-6 sets of cameras according to the inspect items.
5. Detection speed: 300~1000 PCS /Min Depend on individual case.
6. Automatic counting packaging machine and automatic feeding system can be added according to customer demand.
